Industrial Relations Section Head (Code: IR-SH)

Responsibilities:
Prepare, coordinate and implement monitoring and evaluation outsourcing process manpower requirements and ensure availability of labor and allocation and monitoring of the payment process

Expected qualification:

• Minimum S1 Law/Statistic/Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale
• Minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources
• Good knowledge in outsource management and industrial relations management
• Self motivated, having excellent communication, analysis, coordination and negotiation skills, with high integrity, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Proficiency of English in both oral and written is a must
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
