RECRUITMENT OFFICER (REC-OF)

REQUIREMENT :
Minimum S1 degree, majoring of Psychology from reputable university
Minimum GPA 3,00
Having minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment area within banking industry
Good Analytical thinking
Good interpersonal and communication skill

RESPONSIBILITIES
To do end to end recruitment process (psychological test, interview, and hiring finalization)
Handle recruitment project and any task required to support recruitment function
