Senior Finance & Administration Manager (To be stationed in Doha, Qatar)
(Qatar)

Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and overall in-charge of Finance & Accounts Department
Analysis of financial results and identifying improvement opportunities in internal controls and processes
Preparation of monthly management reporting, forecasts and yearly budgets
Participate in strategy development and management of business unit’s performance
Work with General Manager and Executive General Manager in the preparation of proposals and tenders for services, where applicable
Review monthly balance sheet, audit schedules, accruals, debtors ageing reports, overtime expenditure, and notes exceptions.
Manage accruals vs actual

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; with CPA - added advantage
Required skill(s): Full set of accounts, management accounting, financial management, management reporting & financial analyst
Required language(s): English
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
Team player, with good communication skills.
