Management Development Program (MDP)
The program aimed to prepare and equip future leaders (supervisoral-managerial position) in stages according to business processes and organizational culture through training, development of intensive in-class & on-the-job with a comprehensive assessment and appropriate career-competency potential with satisfactory compensation.

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 26 years
• Education S1/S2 any discipline with minimum GPA 3:25
• Preferred fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience
• Have the leadership, power analysis and problem solving,interpersonal communication
• The initiative, motivated, independent, willing to develop themselves and be committed
• Mastering Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Willing to be placed in the branches of Sumatra (Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang), West Java, East Java, Jakarta and other prospective areas in Indonesia
