OHS Officer

Job Description:
Promote Behavioral Base Safety Program for Mill Area
Follow up and maintain non conformance Report (NCR) database
Maintain OHS Management system (SMK3 and OHSAS 18001) implementation
Assist in Audit 5S every month in all departments as 5S Auditor, and prepare monthly 5S Audit Report
Preparing OHS Monthly & Weekly Report
Maintain and update the OHS records, files and non conformance report register and database

Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Public Health degree or Environment Engineering
With 2 years experience as Safety Officer/ OHS Administration in Manufacturing
Computer literacy (MS. Office), ability to maintain OHS administration ( recording and reporting system)
