Cost Accounting Supervisor
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

• Manage COGS calculation & inventory, report development and involve in Inventory stock counting.
• Prepare budget and actual costs by operations, processes, department, and products
• Identify and conduct analysis of variances and product profitability
• Support decision-making of company's cost management and improve profitability

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable universities, min GPA 3.00, with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferable
• Has strong costing analysis skills and strong attention to details
• Must have at least 3 years experience in cost accounting at manufacturing industries, preferably in foreign companies (MNC)
• Familiarity and hands-on experience both in traditional and ABC costing methodologies
• Excellent skills in spreadsheets, microsoft office, and SAP application
• Good language / communication / presentation skill in English.
