Requirements:
Educated at least Diploma-3 (D-3)​​; Aged no more than 40 years (on 1-April-2011); Preferred experience in the securities industry and has license WPPE (for prospective AE) and willing to take the exam WAPERD (for prospective ME) ; Able interesting and can communicate well.
