PT TRISCO Tailored Apparel Manufacturing is a garment company on West Java , based in Bandung with ISO certificate and Social Complience certificate. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position :

People Development Officer
(Bandung)

Requirements:
Male/Female, minimum age 25 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology or any field
Minimum 1 year experience in the related field, preferably in Garment/Textile industry
Understanding of people development concept, process and implementation with proven successful implementation/managing the process especially in the area of leadership, management & executive development
English (Speaking and Writing) and computer literate
Good interpersonal and communication skills, self motivated, hardworking and excellent team player
