Human Resources - Recruitment

Responsibilities:
Manage and plan recruitment advertisements
Handling matters relating to recruitment and selection
Arranging, screening and coordinating for interviews
Handling company’s office administration

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from Psychology with GPA min 2.8 (scale 4)
Male / Female
Maximum age 28 years old
Experience min 1 years in similar position
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Have knowledge of Recruitment process and Psychological test
Able to use Psychological tools
Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Publisher, etc)
Professional and mature appearance
Good analytical thinking, planning & organizing
Hardworking, attention to details, well organized, good in communicating
